As an Associate, Cole Tait is responsible for assisting Waterford’s asset management and acquisitions teams through underwriting potential opportunities, conducting market analysis, and constructing reports to help optimize asset performance. Mr. Tait brings four years of commercial real estate experience and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he majored in Finance and Entrepreneurship. At NYU, he was a four-year letterman and captain of the university’s baseball team. Mr. Tait is currently a resident of Newport Beach and enjoys surfing in his free time.
