“Waterford has experienced tremendous growth as it builds its portfolio of assets which has encouraged building our internal team. Oren provides deep experience to Waterford. “We see great potential to advocate for quality housing affordability and development throughout California. To maximize market potential takes a top-performing industry platform and that is what we’ve been building since founding the firm,” said John Drachman, co-founder, Waterford Property Company.

In 2021 Waterford launched its essential housing program and now administers 15 communities in Southern California that have been converted from market rate to essential housing bringing its portfolio to 4,014 units and over $2.4 billion of tax-exempt bond issuances, confirming the firm as the most active sponsor in CSCDA’s workforce housing program in California.
